Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 17, 2026

Welcome to Trip18. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to our website and your purchase, booking, participation in, or use of any trip, tournament, package, event, activity, or other service offered by Trip Eighteen Golf LLC, doing business as Trip18 ("Trip18," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, creating a reservation, making a payment, registering for an event, or participating in a Trip18 experience, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. About Trip18

Trip18 organizes, markets, coordinates, and/or facilitates golf travel experiences, tournaments, events, accommodations, transportation, excursions, dining experiences, fishing activities, and other travel-related services.

Depending on the particular experience, certain services may be provided directly by Trip18 while others are provided by independent third parties, including hotels, resorts, golf courses, tournament organizers, destination management companies, transportation companies, fishing lodges, charter operators, restaurants, excursion providers, and other travel suppliers ("Suppliers").

Specific inclusions and exclusions for each experience will be identified on the applicable Trip18 webpage, proposal, itinerary, booking confirmation, or other booking documentation.

2. Eligibility to Make a Booking

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a reservation through Trip18.

If you make a reservation on behalf of another traveler, you represent that you are authorized to provide the traveler's information and accept these Terms on their behalf.

The person making a group reservation is responsible for communicating applicable booking information, requirements, policies, and these Terms to all travelers included in the reservation.

3. Reservations

A reservation is not considered confirmed until Trip18 has received any required deposit or payment and issued confirmation of the reservation.

Availability may be limited and is not guaranteed until confirmation.

Trip18 reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation when reasonably necessary, including because of availability issues, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, supplier restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency identified at the time of purchase, which will generally be U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be quoted per person, per golfer, per room, per group, or per package.

The applicable Trip18 experience page or booking documentation will specify what is included in the advertised price.

Unless specifically stated as included, prices generally do not include personal expenses, airfare, passport or visa fees, travel insurance, baggage fees, gratuities, optional activities, additional meals or beverages, golf club rentals, caddie fees, or other services not expressly identified as included.

5. Deposits and Payment

Certain Trip18 experiences may permit customers to reserve their space by paying a deposit.

The amount of the deposit, payment schedule, and final payment deadline may vary by trip or event and will be disclosed during booking.

By making a deposit, you authorize Trip18 to reserve services on your behalf and acknowledge that Trip18 may incur costs or make non-refundable commitments to Suppliers.

Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of amounts already paid, subject to the cancellation terms applicable to your booking.

6. Final Payment

The final balance must be paid by the deadline specified for your particular trip or event.

Trip18 may send payment reminders as a courtesy, but customers remain responsible for ensuring payments are made on time.

If the final balance is not received by the applicable deadline, Trip18 may treat the reservation as cancelled by the customer.

7. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation policies may vary because Trip18 experiences involve different hotels, golf courses, tournament organizers, transportation providers, and other Suppliers.

The cancellation policy displayed or provided for your particular booking will control if it differs from the general terms below.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, amounts paid to Trip18 may become non-refundable once Trip18 has committed those funds to Suppliers or once applicable cancellation deadlines have passed.

Trip18 strongly recommends purchasing appropriate travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable cancellation policy, timing of the cancellation, Supplier policies, and amounts Trip18 is able to recover from Suppliers.

Any approved refund may be reduced by:

  • Non-refundable Supplier charges
  • Tournament registration fees
  • Hotel cancellation charges
  • Transportation cancellation charges
  • Payment processing fees where legally permitted
  • Administrative or booking fees identified as non-refundable
  • Other non-refundable costs incurred on behalf of the traveler

Refunds, when approved, will generally be returned to the original payment method where possible.

9. Trip Credits

In certain circumstances, Trip18 may offer a future travel credit instead of a cash refund.

Any travel credit may be subject to an expiration date, destination restrictions, availability requirements, Supplier limitations, and other conditions communicated when the credit is issued.

Travel credits have no cash value unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes and Substitutions

Travel arrangements sometimes require changes.

Trip18 reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, hotels, golf courses, transportation, restaurants, activities, schedules, tournament arrangements, or other components when necessary.

When reasonably possible, Trip18 will attempt to provide a comparable alternative.

Changes that do not materially reduce the overall nature or value of the experience generally will not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

11. Cancellation or Modification by Trip18

Trip18 may cancel, postpone, reschedule, or materially modify an experience because of circumstances including:

  • Insufficient participation
  • Supplier cancellation
  • Tournament cancellation
  • Golf course closure
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Political or civil disturbances
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Health or safety concerns
  • Labor disruptions
  • Events beyond Trip18's reasonable control

If Trip18 cancels an entire experience, we will communicate the available options based on the circumstances and recoverability of funds from Suppliers.

Those options may include a refund of recoverable amounts, future travel credit, rescheduling, or a substitute experience.

12. Force Majeure

Trip18 is not responsible for failure, delay, cancellation, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanic activity, floods, fires, epidemics, pandemics, acts of government, border closures, travel restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, transportation interruptions, airline cancellations, utility failures, golf course closures, or similar circumstances.

When such an event occurs, Trip18 will make reasonable efforts to assist affected travelers but cannot guarantee refunds for amounts already paid to Suppliers or otherwise non-refundable.

13. Golf Tournaments and Events

Participation in a golf tournament may be subject to separate rules established by the golf course, tournament committee, governing body, or event organizer.

Participants are responsible for complying with applicable:

  • Tournament rules
  • Handicap requirements
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Dress codes
  • Golf course policies
  • Starting times
  • Equipment rules
  • Pace-of-play requirements
  • Conduct standards

Trip18 does not guarantee tournament results, starting times, pairings, course conditions, weather conditions, or eligibility decisions made by an independent tournament organizer.

A participant who is disqualified or removed from a tournament for violating tournament rules is not automatically entitled to a refund from Trip18.

14. Golf Handicaps

When a tournament or experience requires a golf handicap, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate handicap information.

Trip18 and/or the tournament organizer may verify handicap information through recognized golf associations or handicap systems.

Providing false or materially inaccurate handicap information may result in reclassification, disqualification, cancellation of tournament participation, or other action permitted by the tournament rules.

15. Fishing, Adventure, and Outdoor Activities

Some Trip18 experiences may include fishing, boating, hiking, water activities, excursions, transportation in remote areas, or other recreational and adventure activities.

These activities involve inherent risks.

By voluntarily participating, travelers acknowledge that these activities may involve risks including physical injury, illness, property damage, adverse weather, wildlife encounters, transportation incidents, and other hazards.

Travelers are responsible for evaluating their own ability and suitability to participate in optional or included activities.

16. Assumption of Risk

Travel inherently involves risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

By participating in a Trip18 experience, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with travel, golf, transportation, recreational activities, international destinations, and activities you choose to participate in.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

17. Independent Suppliers

Hotels, airlines, golf courses, tournament organizers, transportation companies, fishing operators, restaurants, excursion companies, and other Suppliers may be independent businesses that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Trip18.

Where Trip18 acts as an intermediary or coordinator for an independent Supplier, that Supplier is responsible for providing its services.

Trip18 is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, negligence, policies, schedule changes, cancellations, or failures of Suppliers except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

18. Air Travel

Unless specifically stated otherwise, airfare is not included in Trip18 packages.

Travelers are responsible for arranging flights that allow sufficient time to participate in scheduled Trip18 activities.

Trip18 is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, baggage problems, schedule changes, or additional expenses resulting from air transportation disruptions.

We strongly recommend allowing sufficient time between flight arrival and the beginning of scheduled Trip18 activities.

19. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documents required for travel, including:

  • Valid passports
  • Visas
  • Entry permits
  • Transit documentation
  • Required authorizations
  • Any health or vaccination documentation required by applicable authorities

Passport validity requirements vary by destination.

Travelers should independently verify current requirements with the appropriate governmental authorities before departure.

Trip18 is not responsible if a traveler is denied boarding or entry because of missing, expired, invalid, or insufficient documentation.

20. Travel Insurance

Trip18 strongly recommends that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

Depending on the policy selected, travel insurance may provide coverage for:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Trip interruption
  • Medical emergencies
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Travel delays
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Missed connections
  • Certain weather events

Travelers are responsible for reviewing policy terms, exclusions, coverage limits, and eligibility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel insurance is not included in the Trip18 package price.

21. Health and Fitness

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating in their selected experience.

Customers should consider the physical demands, climate, altitude, walking requirements, recreational activities, and other conditions associated with a destination.

Trip18 does not provide medical advice.

22. Special Requests

Trip18 will make reasonable efforts to communicate special requests to Suppliers, including room preferences, dietary preferences, transportation requests, and accessibility needs.

Special requests are not guaranteed unless Trip18 expressly confirms them in writing.

Travelers should notify Trip18 as early as possible regarding any accommodations reasonably necessary for participation.

23. Traveler Conduct

Trip18 expects travelers to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other travelers, employees, Suppliers, golf club personnel, local communities, and property.

Trip18 may remove a participant from an experience when the participant's conduct is dangerous, abusive, threatening, unlawful, excessively disruptive, or materially interferes with other participants' experience.

A traveler removed for misconduct may not be entitled to a refund and may be responsible for additional transportation, accommodation, or other costs resulting from removal.

24. Damage to Property

Travelers are responsible for damage they cause to hotels, golf courses, vehicles, boats, equipment, or other property.

Suppliers may charge travelers directly for damages.

Trip18 may provide relevant traveler information to a Supplier when reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve a legitimate damage claim.

25. Accuracy of Information

Trip18 makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, photographs, itineraries, and other information.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

Trip18 reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate descriptions, or other mistakes.

If a material pricing error affects an existing reservation, Trip18 will notify the customer and provide appropriate options based on the circumstances.

26. Website Use

The Trip18 website and its contents are provided for lawful personal and commercial interactions with Trip18.

You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website
  • Interfere with website operation or security
  • Introduce malicious software
  • Use automated systems to improperly access the website
  • Make fraudulent reservations
  • Use another person's payment information without authorization
  • Copy or commercially exploit Trip18 content without authorization

27. Intellectual Property

The Trip18 name, logos, website designs, photographs owned by Trip18, graphics, written content, itineraries, and other original materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in Trip18 intellectual property.

Third-party trademarks, golf course names, tournament names, hotel names, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

28. Privacy

Personal information collected by Trip18 is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge those policies.

29. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a Trip18 charge is incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically eliminate payment obligations associated with a valid reservation or services already provided.

Trip18 reserves the right to provide reservation confirmations, acceptance of these Terms, cancellation policies, transaction records, communications, Supplier commitments, and other relevant documentation to banks, payment processors, or card networks when responding to a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or payment card laws.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trip18 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in a Trip18 experience.

Trip18 will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by the independent acts or omissions of Suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

31. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trip Eighteen Golf LLC and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, material violation of these Terms, or damage caused by your intentional or negligent actions.

32. Governing Law

These Terms and your relationship with Trip18 will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

33. Dispute Resolution and Venue

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you and Trip18 agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or Trip18 services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Utah, unless applicable law requires another venue.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing relief in small claims court when legally available.

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

35. No Waiver

Trip18's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

36. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable booking confirmation, trip-specific cancellation policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms expressly provided for a particular Trip18 experience, constitute the agreement between you and Trip18 concerning your reservation.

If trip-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the trip-specific terms will control for that particular booking.

37. Changes to These Terms

Trip18 may update these Terms periodically.

Changes will become effective when the revised Terms are posted on our website unless otherwise stated.

The terms applicable to a confirmed reservation will generally be those accepted when the reservation was made, except where a change is required by law or agreed to by the parties.
